1. Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications ("Apps") developed and published by Anvaya Logic on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It explains what information is collected when you use our Apps, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.
By using any of our Apps you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information we do NOT collect
- We do not require you to create an account.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact details.
- We do not collect payment information. All purchases are processed securely by Apple or Google.
Device and usage data (via advertising SDKs)
Some of our Apps are free and supported by advertising. If you have granted tracking permission, our advertising partners (including Google AdMob) may collect:
- Your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android)
- IP address (used to infer approximate location at country/region level)
- Device type, operating system version, and language
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This data is used to serve personalised ads. If you decline tracking permission, ads are served in non-personalised mode and only contextual, non-identifying signals are collected.
Platform services data
Some of our Apps use platform services such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games for leaderboards and achievements. Any data associated with those services is governed by Apple's or Google's own privacy policies and is not stored by Anvaya Logic.
3. How We Use Information
Anvaya Logic does not operate its own backend servers or databases of user data. We do not directly store, sell, or share your personal information.
- Advertising: Ad partners use collected data to show relevant ads in our free Apps. You can remove ads in most Apps via a one-time in-app purchase.
- Leaderboards & Achievements: Handled entirely by Apple Game Center or Google Play Games.
- Analytics: We do not use standalone analytics SDKs. Any usage signals come only from ad partners and are used solely for ad performance.
4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, our Apps will request permission before accessing your Advertising Identifier. You can:
- Allow: Enables personalised ads.
- Ask App Not to Track: Only contextual ads are served; your IDFA is not accessed.

5. Third-Party Services
Our Apps may use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies. Not all services are used in every App — only services relevant to a specific App are active within it.

6. In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple (via StoreKit) or Google (via Play Billing). Anvaya Logic does not receive or store your payment details at any point.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If an App contains advertising, we recommend parents purchase the "Remove Ads" option to disable the advertising SDK for their child's use.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through one of our Apps, please contact us at contact@anvayalogic.com and we will take prompt steps to remove it.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Anvaya Logic does not store personal data on its own servers. To remove data held by third parties:
- Google / AdMob: Visit myaccount.google.com or reset your Advertising Identifier in
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking - Apple Game Center: Manage or delete your data via your Apple ID settings at appleid.apple.com
- Google Play Games: Manage your data at myaccount.google.com/delete-services
9. Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect information within our control. Our Apps store game state only on your local device and do not transmit it to any server operated by Anvaya Logic.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
